We ship packages in the United States in 4 to 10 days, Tiffany fixtures and bronze statues. We do not deliver seats and furniture to the USA.
Our delivery methods
Furniture, armchairs, chairs and parcels of more than thirty kilograms are sent by the Géodis carrier. A follow-up email will be sent to you and the airline will contact you by phone to arrange an appointment.
Tiffany lamps, bronze statues and small parcels of less than thirty kilograms are sent by DPD.
We ship packages of less than 20 kg in all other countries of the world, with a delay of one to two weeks.
In case of an imposing volume or a particular shape, some orders may be delivered by another carrier.

Receiving your parcels
Deliveries are most often heard at the door of your home and at the bottom of the building. The deliverers are not required to install the furniture or to mount them upstairs. Sometimes the driver may kindly accept to give you help but we advise you to provide assistance if you are not able to install it yourself or if it is particularly imposing.
The carrier will contact you by phone to arrange an appointment. This appointment can be taken from Monday to Friday, for the duration of the chosen day. On the day agreed, your items are delivered.
If you want to set up inside your home, you can contact the delivery Agency of your region Géodis. Each delivery being specific (floors, elevators, weights and volumes), only the carrier is able to make you a quotation. This service is not included in our transportation services. Only the carrier can inform you about the feasibility and the price of the installation.
The price depends on the template, the fragility, the weight of your items... A grouped shipment reduces the shipping price.

Our customers are always informed of the departure of their parcel. They are free to choose their delivery date, off weekends.

All our shipments include insurance. In case of breakage, you are replaced or refunded the damaged items. For this it is important to make the findings in front of the deliverer. Before receiving your parcels, we invite you to follow the recommendations of article 5 a-transport and insurance, of our general conditions.
Shipments outside the European community are sent under the conditions of the DAP Incoterms.
