Deliveries


To know the price of delivery, simply put the items in your basket, the price is automatically displayed before payment according to your registration address.

Yes, you can buy directly from our warehouse. Please contact us to let us know your passage.

We ensure delivery in all countries of the European Economic Community (EEC) as well as worldwide for small parcels.

Here are the usual deadlines:

Your order is shipped from our warehouse in France, in Vaivre and Montoille.

We have chosen not to include the cost of delivery in the price of our products for several reasons:

  • Transparency: We prefer to display the actual cost of the product and the actual cost of delivery separately. This allows you to see exactly how much you're paying for each item.
  • Fair price: If we included the cost of delivery in the price of the product, all our customers would pay the same price for delivery, regardless of the distance between their delivery address and our warehouse. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions to reschedule the delivery or to pick up your package.

We take special care to properly pack your products to protect them during transport. Our packaging is robust, tailor-made and designed to withstand handling during delivery.

  • Lamps and Bronzes: These items are packaged with materials such as foam and polystyrene that are cut to measure for each item, to prevent any risk of breakage.
  • Furniture: Our furniture is packed in custom crates, which are built specifically for each type of furniture. These boxes are mounted on a pallet to ensure optimal protection during transport. This method of packaging allows your furniture to travel in the best conditions.

We are at your disposal for any questions regarding the delivery or packaging of your products.

We want your products to arrive in perfect condition at their destination. That's why All our shipments are insured during transport.

Every order we ship is fully insured. If an item arrives damaged or broken, we will take care of the insurance formalities and replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Returns

Tax-free payment is possible under certain conditions:

  • Sales outside the EEC: If you are located in a country outside the European Economic Community (EEC), prices will automatically be displayed without taxes after you register. Sales are made under the incoterm DAP (Delivery At Place) which means "Delivery delivered to the agreed place of destination".
  • Sales to professionals within the EEC: If your company is part of the EEC, and you have a valid intra-community VAT number for duty-free sales, you can check the validity of your VAT number on the VIES website of the European Union. Delivery must be made outside France. The VAT number must be indicated in the space reserved when you register. Contact us if you encounter any difficulties.

No, the lamps are sold without bulbs. We advise you to use LED bulbs.

Tiffany luminaires are made in China.

Marquetry furniture is made in Egypt, and aviator furniture and seats are made in China.
