Empire desk in elm burl

Empire desk with a large work surface, with two extensions on each side. The frame is made of beech with a traditional mortise and tenon assembly.

The ornaments are in gilded bronze.

The desk opens with three drawers assembled by dovetails with gold metal handles, the central drawer closes with a lock.

The varnish was applied by hand as on antique furniture.
