Deadline of Wednesday, December 18, 8 a.m. for furniture, delivered by Géodis, delivery within 6 working days. From December 16, your packages will all be shipped express and delivered to your home within 24 to 96 hours maximum.

Small packages weighing less than thirty kilograms (lamps and bronze statues) are delivered in 24 to 48 hours, furniture within six working days.

Delivery time for Europe is 2 to 12 working days* depending on your country.

Our delivery methods

Furniture, armchairs, chairs and parcels weighing more than thirty kilograms are sent by the carrier Géodis. A tracking email will be sent to you and the carrier will contact you by phone to arrange an appointment.

Tiffany lamps, bronze statues and small parcels weighing less than thirty kilograms are sent by DPD.

We ship packages under 20 kg to all other countries in the world, with a delivery time of one to two weeks.

In the event of large volume or particular shape, certain orders may be delivered by another carrier.

Our customer service is available from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 14 p.m. to 17 p.m., at 09 62 52 65 54 (cost of a local call), by phone and email.

You can track the status of your order in your account, and you have access to complete tracking of your package until its delivery.

Delivery time

On average, you are delivered within 24 hours. We advise you to place your order before 11am to ensure that the package is shipped the same day.

A tracking number allows you to follow the progress of your package, this address.

Receiving your packages

At home or at your workplace: your tracked package is delivered to you during office hours, 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.

A signature is required upon delivery.

If you are not there at the time of delivery, you can contact the agency near you and request a new appointment.

You can also collect your package directly  List of DPD agencies, upon presentation of your identity card. Your package will be kept for 10 days.

At a retailer in the ICI relais network:

ICI Relais offers you a choice of more than 3.100 local businesses in France, and allows you to decide when you wish to collect your order.

Your package is delivered within 24/48 hours to the relay of your choice. You can therefore choose the most convenient delivery location for you: near your workplace, your home, on your daily commute, etc.

Relay points are local businesses with long opening hours and are generally open on Saturdays and even Sundays.

An email is sent to you as soon as your package is made available at the relay. You only move when you are sure that your order is available thanks to the availability notice sent by email.

You have 10 days to collect your package. You will then be asked for proof of identity.

Delivery time

You will be delivered within six working days in Metropolitan France for furniture, delivery is made within 24, 48 or 72 hours depending on your department from dispatch.

Receiving your packages

Deliveries are usually made to your door and downstairs. Delivery drivers are not required to set up the furniture or take it upstairs. Sometimes the driver may be kind enough to help you, but we recommend that you arrange for assistance if you are unable to set it up yourself or if it is particularly large.

The carrier will contact you by phone to arrange an appointment. This appointment can be made from Monday to Friday, for the entire duration of the chosen day. On the agreed day, your items are delivered.

If you want an installation inside your home, you can contact the delivery agency in your region Géodis. Each delivery is specific (floors, elevators, weight and volumes), only the carrier is able to provide you with a quote. This service is not included in our transport service. Only the carrier can inform you about the feasibility and price of the installation.

Need to find a service provider to bring your furniture upstairs?

For free or for a small fee, many sites offer you the chance to find jobbers; these are individuals who offer their services for a fee or help for free (often in exchange for another service).

To find the perfect helping hand for setting up your furniture inside your home or taking it upstairs, sites like Yojo, Needhelp, frizbizpwiic or, proxiigen offer their services to connect you with a jobber. Even if our delivery service is only possible at the foot of the building, you can find jobbers who provide this service through specialized websites.

Deliveries to Switzerland are made within 4 to 12 working days, the time also depending on customs clearance time.

The price depends on the size, fragility, weight of your items... A grouped shipment reduces the shipping price.

Delivery tracking

Our customers are always informed of the departure of their package. They are free to choose their delivery date, excluding weekends.

Our Customer Service remains at your disposal at 09.62.52.65.54 to follow live the different stages of the preparation of your order and its delivery. An email will inform you of the shipment of your package. It will also give you the methods to follow the delivery and the contact details to contact the carrier for any useful information.

Our packaging is carried out with the greatest care, using tailor-made packaging and appropriate materials for our most fragile items: polyethylene foam films, bubble wrap, flexible and rigid protective shims, etc. Each packaging is adapted to the shape and fragility of the object.

Withdrawal periods

You can return your purchases within 14 days without having to provide a reason.

Upon receipt of your package, if it does not suit you, you can request a return; our customer service is at your disposal for any useful advice.

The amount of the order (price of the product(s) and outward shipping costs) will be fully refunded to you. However, the return costs will be at your expense.

Insurance

All our shipments include insurance. In the event of breakage, we will replace or reimburse the damaged items. For this, it is important to make the observations in front of the delivery person. Before receiving your packages, we invite you to carefully follow the recommendations of article 5 a - Transport and insurance, of our general conditions.

Shipments outside the EEC are sent under the conditions of the DAP incoterms.

* Each product requires preparation time in addition to the delivery time, which varies depending on the item ordered, small packages are prepared and shipped the same day or the next day, larger orders within one to three days.
