Deliveries

What is the price of delivery?

To know the price of the delivery, you just have to put the items in your basket, the price is displayed before payment automatically according to your registration address.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all EEC countries.

How long will it take for me to be delivered?

Lamps and bronzes are delivered in 24 to 48 hours and within 6 working days in France.

In the EEC countries lamps and bronzes are delivered in 2 to 4 days and furniture between 4 to 12 working days depending on the country.

For other countries we invite you to consult our delivery page, but we deliver very quickly to all countries of the European Union.

Where does my order come from?

It is shipped from our warehouse in France in Vaivre and Montoille.

Why is transport expensive?

Transport for a luminaire or a bronze costs between 7 and 15 € on average, a piece of furniture between 49 € and 100 € on average.

If the delivery of the furniture is more expensive, it is however calculated as accurately as possible is based on the prices of our carrier, in relation to weight and volume. These are packed on a pallet so that your furniture travels in the best conditions. That's why the shipping price is higher than a small package, as can be a lamp or a bronze.

Why don't you make free shipping?

A free delivery, often implies that the price of the delivery is already included in the tariff, in order to offer you the best possible price, the delivery is independent of the product and degressive according to the quantity.

Can I return my order if it is not suitable?

Yes, of course, you have 14 days upon receipt to assert your right of withdrawal, to consult all the information, read our page general conditions of sale. Do not hesitate to contact our after-sales service at 0033962526554 for any questions.

How long after the return will I be refunded?

Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the return of the item.

Payments

What are the payment methods?

You have the choice between payment by credit card and bank transfer.

Can you pay in instalments?

Yes in 3 or 4 times with ONEY our partner, but only for France.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes, when ordering, choose the mode: bank transfer.

Can I pay with PayPal?

No, we do not accept PayPal.

Duty-free sales

How do I pay tax-free?

Payment excluding taxes is possible if:

If your company is located in a country outside the EEC, prices will be displayed automatically without taxes after you register.

If your company is part of the EEC, and you have a valid intra-community VAT number for duty-free sales, you can check the validity of your VAT number on the VIES website of the European Union.

Delivery must be made outside France.

No, we only sell products in stock and do not take orders.

Are the stained glass windows?

Yes, all glasses are made of real glass:

The glass is in small pieces, it is sheathed with a sheet of copper, which can give an impression of thud noise. But it is made of real glass.

Still have a doubt?

To do this: Use a lighter, pass the flame over it, or heat a needle, if the stained glass does not melt it is glass.

If you bought your lamp from HTdeco: Well burn it! If the stained glass window is made of plastic: we will reimburse you!

Are the luminaires electrified?

Yes, the lamps are electrified and comply with CE and RoHs standards (guaranteed without lead or mercury)

Are the lights supplied with bulbs?

No, the lamps are sold without bulbs, we advise you to use LED bulbs.

Where are Tiffany luminaires made?

The lamps are made in China.

Furniture

Where is the furniture made?

The marquetry furniture is made in Egypt, the furniture and seats are in China. 

Can I see them before purchase?

You can come to our warehouse, you will be able to see the furniture you want to buy and take away, they will be unpacked before payment.
