Our delivery methods
The furniture, armchairs, chairs and parcels of more than thirty kilograms are sent by the carrier Géodis. An email follow-up you will be sent and the carrier will contact you by telephone and arrange an appointment.
The Tiffany lamps the bronze statues and small parcels of less than thirty kilograms are sent by Exapaq or Colissimo depending on your preference.
We ship packages of less than 20 kg in all other countries of the world, with a period of one to two weeks.
In the case of volume that imposes, or of any particular form, some orders may be shipped by another carrier.
Transparency of information :
Our customer service is available from 9 h to 12 h and from 14 h to 17 h, the 0822.214.171.124 (price of a local call), chat, and email.
You can follow the status of your order in your account, and you have access to the complete tracking of your package until its delivery.
On average, you are delivered within 24 hours. We recommend that you place your order before 11am to be sure that the parcel is to be shipped in the day.

Receipt of your parcel
At home or at your place of work : your package tracking is being delivered to you during office hours, 24 to 48 H after shipping.
A signature is required upon delivery.
In case of absence at the time of delivery, you will be able to make contact with your Exacentre (list available on www.exapaq.com/index.php/fr/Exapaq-pratique/Votre-Exacentre) and request a new passage on appointment.
You can also collect your parcel directly in your Exacentre (list available on www.exapaq.com/index.php/fr/Exapaq-pratique/Votre-Exacentre), upon presentation of your identity card. Your parcel will be held for 10 days.

HERE Relay (www.icirelais.com) offers you a choice of more than 3,100 shops in France, and you can decide when you want to withdraw your order.
Your parcel is delivered in 24/48h to the relay of your choice. You can choose the place of delivery most convenient to you : proximity to your place of work, your home, on your daily commute...
The relay points are local shops with opening hours broad and generally open on the Saturday or the Sunday.
An e-mail is sent to you as soon as your parcel is available in the relay. You do not move when you are sure that your order is available thanks to the avisage of availability sent by email.
You have 10 days to collect your parcel. A piece of identity you will then be asked.

On average, you are delivered within five working days, the delivery is made in 24, 48 or 72 hours depending on your department, the preparation of your order requires 24 to 72 hours of preparation.
Receipt of your parcel
Deliveries will hear most of the time at the door of your home and the bottom of the building. Delivery drivers are not required to install the furniture or go upstairs. There may be times when the driver accepts in kind to give you help but we advise you to provide assistance if you are not able to install it yourself, or if it is particularly imposing.
The carrier will contact you by phone to arrange an appointment. This appointment can be made Monday to Friday, throughout the duration of the selected day. On the day agreed, your items are delivered.
If you want to be put in place at the inside of your home, you can contact the agency for delivery in your area Géodis. Each delivery is specific (floors, lifts, weights, and volumes), only the carrier is able to provide you with an estimate. This service is not included in the delivery of our transport. Only the carrier can advise you on the feasibility and on the cost of the installation.
The fee depends on the size, the fragility, the weight of your items... A consolidated shipment to reduce the cost of shipping.

Our clients are always informed of the departure of their package. They are free to choose their date of delivery, excluding weekends.
Our Customer service remains at your disposal at 09.62.52.65.54 to follow live the various stages of the preparation of your order and its delivery. An email will inform you of the shipment of your package. It will also give you the methods to track the delivery and contact details to contact the carrier for all relevant information.
Our cartons are made with great care using for our items the more fragile designs as well as appropriate materials : films, polyethylene foam films, bubbles, wedges, protection, flexible and rigid... Each packaging is adapted to the shape and fragility of the object.
Period of withdrawal.
You can without having to justify you in returning your purchase within 14 days.
Upon receipt of your package if it does not suit you, you will be able to make a return request, our customer service is at your disposal for any useful advice.
The amount of the order (cost of products and shipping costs go) you will be fully refunded. However, the return costs will be at your expense.

All our shipments have insurance. If it breaks, you replace or refund the items damaged. For this it is important to make the findings in front of the deliveryman.
