There is also the walnut crossbow chest of drawers, sometimes called a sauteuse, its curved front is molded and sculpted. It opens with two or three drawers, the feet are small, and it rises just to ground level.

Another model, the Louis XV Tomb chest of drawers in rosewood marquetry, the shape is identical to that of a tomb, hence the name. The legs often end with gilded bronze ornamentation. On the front, there can be four to six drawers.

The Marie-Antoinette collection was then inspired by 18th century models, but with feminine colours such as pink. The small ones are ideal for the bedroom, they can be used as a bedside table.
